I'm in Kiel, North Germany currently. The ship will stay in Kiel for quite some time before Logos Hope sail. Kiel is nice, just like all the rest of the cities I've been to. Time past fast, I'll be flying home to Singapore next Sunday. It's exciting to return home, but at the same time I'm so gonna miss ship's life and people. On the ship, there's no TV and limited internet access; kind of like a place for us to escape from urban life. Basically we can say there's nothing much to do compare to home, but in anyway it's good. No outside distraction, concentration on people and God. I've learn a lot these 2 months.. I think I would need some ample time to get use to Singapore's life again. A picture of my injured toe after the visit to the hospital. In case you're not sure what happened.. It's just a ruptured tendon on that little toe of mine.
Reaching Kiel. Whenever we reach a new port, all ship's company will rush to portside and wave our flags..
In Kiel, a nice sunny day warm enough to go out without jacket (very rare!!) And guess what, I got sun burned that day! After gate duty I fell asleep under the sun after quiet time.. Good thing Frauke woke me up... or else...
Town parade in Cuxhaven. We marched out stronge!
STEPPERS picture; notice the 2 Singaporeans?
